Faurecia, a top‑10 global automotive supplier, faced a fragmented HR landscape after years of acquisitions—65 payroll systems, regionally inconsistent processes and spreadsheet‑based workflows—hindering speed, visibility and employee development. To digitalize and simplify HR, unify core HR and talent management, and empower managers and employees, Faurecia selected the SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management Suite as its cloud HR platform.

Using SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Succession & Development, mobile access and integrations), Faurecia built a single, global HR system integrated with ADP payroll, training users worldwide and driving adoption. The SAP SuccessFactors rollout now covers 114,000 employees in 35 countries (90,000 registered in Employee Central), integrates 95% of payroll processes with core HR, reports 100% employee use and a 99.5% annual performance review completion rate, while giving managers autonomy to identify up to three successors per role and improving workforce learning and efficiency.
