EY, a global professional services firm with 284,000 employees, faced fragmented HR systems (about 700 disparate HR solutions), limited mobile and self‑service access for a largely millennial workforce, and a need to better measure employee sentiment to protect client experience and profitability. EY implemented SAP SuccessFactors solutions—including Onboarding, Learning, Performance & Goals and a planned Employee Central—integrated with Experience Management solutions from SAP (Qualtrics) via the EY PX360 Platform to deliver a unified, consumer‑grade HR experience.

Using SAP SuccessFactors, EY consolidated HR onto a single platform, standardized global HR processes, enabled mobile self‑service for field staff, and combined O‑data from SuccessFactors with X‑data from Qualtrics to run frequent, lifecycle‑based surveys. The result was more efficient HR operations with significant IT cost savings, HR teams freed for higher‑value work, deeper insights into employee groups and moments that matter, increased employee engagement, and improved client satisfaction and profitability.
