Eurobank, a Greek bank with €1.55 billion in revenue and 6,500 employees, faced new Greek Ministry of Labor legislation requiring real-time monitoring of working hours to avoid hefty fines. SAP SuccessFactors implemented an integrated time-tracking solution that supports real-time API calls to the Ministry of Labor, handling about 5,000 clock‑ins/outs per day and roughly 131,000 API calls per month.
