Clariant, a Swiss specialty chemicals company, needed to optimize its cloud human experience management setup after implementing SAP SuccessFactors. SAP SuccessFactors provided prescriptive, remote SAP Preferred Success services and reconfigured SAP SuccessFactors Compensation to automate variable pay calculations for 700 people, enabling automatic proration for employees who changed assignments. The work eliminated manual variable-pay calculations and associated errors, optimized total compensation management, and ensured high performers were appropriately rewarded.
