SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Services and Support developed and deployed an HR-ticketing solution—based on the SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Service Center—and delivered defined processes and remote support through a shared service center. The implementation was completed remotely in six months, rolled out initially to 29 countries, met business requirements within budget and scope, and improved global handling and visibility of HR requests.
