SAP SuccessFactors, implemented with SAP gold partner Pentos AG, provided a cloud-based, centralized HR platform and mobile access that digitized workflows and centralized employee data. The rapid four-month rollout across nine sites eliminated paper processes, enabled 100% of employees to access digital learning materials, reduced recruitment time by 30%, and delivered real-time reporting and greater employee engagement, helping FRoSTA become a more connected, agile, and sustainable enterprise.
