Mondi, a global leader in packaging and paper with 26,000 employees across more than 30 countries, faced the challenge of unifying and standardizing workforce management across five generations of workers to better recruit, identify, and develop talent. To address this, Mondi partnered with SAP SuccessFactors, deploying the SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite along with SAP Digital Business Services and the SAP Model Company for HR to create a single, global HR platform.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented Employee Central integrated with local payroll and used the Model Company service to accelerate rollout, delivering one HR information system for 26,000 employees in 17 languages. The solution increased HR productivity, established a single source of truth for groupwide reporting (headcount, diversity and equal pay), enabled employee self-service, streamlined recruitment for faster, transparent hiring, ensured 100% GDPR compliance, and empowered 2,000 managers to drive performance and identify future leaders.
