Telekom Srbija, a leading telecommunications company with more than 8,000 employees serving over 8 million customers, needed to modernize and centralize HR to unify processes, improve planning, talent acquisition, onboarding, and boost employee engagement. They engaged SAP SuccessFactors, deploying SAP SuccessFactors solutions and SAP Model Company services (with implementation partner NITES) to build a best-in-class, integrated HR platform.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered a centralized HR suite—covering recruiting, onboarding, employee management, reporting, and self-service—that gave managers consolidated data and easier decision-making while enabling employees to manage their own HR processes. The deployment doubled recruitment speed and application volume (2x), drove 27,000 career-site visits in the first four months, and delivered streamlined HR operations, better talent deployment, and higher employee engagement.
