SAP SuccessFactors delivered a centralized HR suite—covering recruiting, onboarding, employee management, reporting, and self-service—that gave managers consolidated data and easier decision-making while enabling employees to manage their own HR processes. The deployment doubled recruitment speed and application volume (2x), drove 27,000 career-site visits in the first four months, and delivered streamlined HR operations, better talent deployment, and higher employee engagement.
