Keolis, a global leader in shared mobility with about 68,000 employees across 15 countries, needed to digitalize HR in France to standardize processes, improve talent visibility, empower employees to manage careers, and ensure regulatory compliance. To meet these goals it selected SAP SuccessFactors, deploying modules including Employee Central, Performance & Goals, Learning and Recruiting plus the SAP SuccessFactors Mobile app to replace paper-based workflows and better serve frontline drivers and applicants.

Using SAP SuccessFactors, Keolis rolled out a four-year program covering 36,000 employees in France, centralizing HR records, integrating with payroll and the KeolisConnect single sign‑on, and enabling manager self-service and mobile access. The implementation standardized recruitment and performance processes, delivered a 95% manager completion rate for performance reviews, allowed the HR team to handle >35% more applications without adding headcount, and created a single, GDPR-compliant source of HR information for employees.
