Working with partner TalenTeam Limited to extend its instance of the SAP SuccessFactors Learning solution (and leveraging SAP Jam and SAP BTP integrations), the company sought a personalized, streamlined approach to deliver and track learning across its workforce.

Using SAP SuccessFactors together with TalenTeam’s BLEND Learning Experience Platform, Rich Products Corporation built an integrated, on‑demand learning site that delivers personalized development plans, connects external content libraries and partner resources, and automates learning pathway setup. The SAP SuccessFactors‑based solution produced measurable engagement — about 8,000 page views from 1,100 unique learners — while improving content discoverability, reducing manual distribution work, and enabling personalized recommendations and better compliance insight.
