Case Study: Bajaj Electricals Limited achieves unified HR and improved employee experience with SAP SuccessFactors

A SAP SuccessFactors Case Study

Preview of the Bajaj Electricals Limited Case Study

Creating Positive Experiences Throughout the Employee Lifecycle

Bajaj Electricals Limited, a Mumbai‑based consumer products and engineering company with 2,500 employees, faced a fragmented, homegrown HR system that limited talent management, learning integration, scalability and an intuitive employee experience. To modernize HR across its three business lines, Bajaj Electricals Limited partnered with Blueprint Technologies to deploy the SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management Suite (including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation and Learning).

Using SAP SuccessFactors, the vendor delivered a unified, role‑based HR platform that created a single source of truth, streamlined recruiting and onboarding, harmonized compensation, and digitized learning. The rollout cut paper use by about 75,000 sheets per year, enabled new hires to be business‑ready on day one (versus five days previously) with an expected Rs 1.5 million annual saving from digital onboarding, achieved 40% cost savings from online learning, trained 2,500 employees in six days, and accelerated time‑to‑fill—demonstrating measurable improvements from SAP SuccessFactors across the employee lifecycle.
