SAP SuccessFactors implemented Employee Central to unify employee records, enable mobile self‑service, and standardize and automate HR workflows. The rollout centralized payroll with local support, automated about 150 manual processes, cut payroll cycle times by two days, enabled 100% mobile access, and freed 20 FTEs for higher‑value work—delivering faster, more secure remote access and improved operational agility.
