SAP SuccessFactors led an integrated transformation that consolidated 16 ERP systems into a single SAP S/4HANA platform, connecting finance, controlling, procurement, and HR across 28 companies and 40 brands to provide a 360-degree operational view. The initiative delivered measurable impact: a single platform for the group, a 90% increase in operational excellence, an 85% boost in HR reporting accuracy and speed, a 90% improvement in employee experience, faster workforce planning and better succession management—enabling data-driven decisions and reduced administrative tasks.
