Paylocity, a 3,600-employee payroll and workforce-management firm, faced the need for a comprehensive contract-management system and standardized procurement processes to support rapid growth and faster speed-to-market. Under Director of Procurement Sabine Bieschke, Paylocity selected SAP Ariba as its solution and partnered on implementation — with the vendor cited here as SAP SuccessFactors — to centralize agreements and strengthen compliance across the organization.

SAP SuccessFactors helped deploy SAP Ariba (with implementation support from Premikati) to centralize contract storage, automate creation and execution, and streamline approvals for more than 700 suppliers while providing role-based security for all employees. The rollout beat a 12-week target, enabled broad access for all 3,600 staff, delivered an estimated 10% annual cost savings since January 2019, and leveraged 99% of the solution “as is” with only about 1% customization.
