To create a single virtual training center and job board that attracts, engages and develops young talent, Academy Cube deployed SAP SuccessFactors talent solutions — notably the cloud-based SuccessFactors HCM Suite with SuccessFactors Learning and SuccessFactors Recruiting.

SAP SuccessFactors configured a unified, easy-to-use suite with an intelligent matching engine, integrated recruiting and e‑learning, and comprehensive reporting so recruiters can find, track and hire candidates from an international pool. The solution supports about 11,000 prospective employees, provides roughly 130 courses and several hundred job postings (800–1,000), and delivers faster, cost‑efficient talent matching along with measurable insights into training demand and candidate skills.
