Connecting Campuses for a Unified Workforce with SAP® SuccessFactors Solutions

Tecnológico de Monterrey, a private university system with 55 campuses across Mexico, faced fragmented HR systems that kept campuses in informational “bubbles” and prevented a unified workplace culture and clear workforce visibility. To address this, the institution selected SAP SuccessFactors (deploying the cloud-based HCM Suite and related solutions) to standardize HR processes and connect staff across the country.

Working with partners, Tecnológico de Monterrey implemented the full SAP SuccessFactors HCM Suite plus SAP Jam Collaboration and Onboarding, centralizing HR data and digitizing paper-based workflows for all 32,000 employees. As a result, cross-campus communication and collaboration became easier, 65% of professors signed contracts within a week of launch, some 40,000 employment contracts are generated annually, and senior leadership gained an integrated view of the workforce to support strategic decisions — all enabled by SAP SuccessFactors.
