SAP SuccessFactors implemented a centralized, cloud document-management solution with mass-scanning to digitalize years of paper records, integrate documents with HCM data, and enforce role-based permissions. The technical solution went live in three months and completed rollout within six months, now supporting 200 HR colleagues globally and improving searchability, access control, and compliance with data-protection best practices.
