AGCO Corporation, a global agricultural equipment manufacturer operating in more than 35 countries, faced fragmented HR systems after decades of acquisitions and needed to standardize processes, consolidate HR data, and modernize the employee experience. The deployment delivered a single source of employee truth, streamlined core HR processes (salary increases, promotions, terminations), improved compliance and operational efficiency across 35+ countries, and enabled an anytime, anywhere learner experience for about 40,000 employees and dealers while targeting 70% adoption of select manager self-service tools.
