SAP SuccessFactors implemented a single global HR core (Employee Central) across 80 countries, linked to local payroll and operational apps, and rolled out Recruiting (initially in five countries), Onboarding (US), Performance & Goals to 3,000 managers, and Compensation tools. The program captured 80% of workforce data in one system, improved reporting and regulatory compliance, streamlined annual salary reviews, and freed HR from administrative tasks so it could focus on talent and business priorities — measurable gains attributed directly to SAP SuccessFactors’ solutions.
