SAP SuccessFactors built a personalized digital workspace that unifies internal communications, knowledge management, document repositories and collaboration (with native Microsoft Teams and SharePoint integration), onboarding communities, KBAs, and automated manager alerts tied to AKT’s People Management Digital Coach. The solution delivered a one-stop web and mobile portal and measurable gains: 50% increase in HR/employee communications exposure, 20% efficiency improvement, 25% time saved searching for knowledge articles, and new cross-sell opportunities.
