Telekom Srbija, a Belgrade-based telecommunications company with about 8,000 employees, sought to unify and centralize HR processes and data, improve availability and analysis of employee information, align workforce planning with business goals, and strengthen talent acquisition, onboarding, career development and employee engagement. To meet these challenges they engaged SAP SuccessFactors, using SAP SuccessFactors solutions and the SAP Model Company service (with implementation support from partner NITES d.o.o. Beograd) to rapidly deploy core HR, recruiting and onboarding modules.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented a centralized, integrated HR platform that streamlined employee management, reporting, hierarchy development, automated requests and contract handling while enabling employee self-service. The deployment doubled recruitment velocity (twice as many applications for open positions year‑over‑year), drove 27,000 career‑site visits in the first four months after go‑live, and delivered a modernized HR system that simplified managerial work and improved talent deployment.
