Building a Global Integrated HR Environment with SAP® SuccessFactors® Solutions and SAP S/4HANA®

Seegene, a Seoul-based molecular diagnostics company with about 1,100 employees, faced rapid global expansion driven by COVID-19 demand but lacked an integrated HR management system; manual data processes caused limited accessibility and low accuracy of HR information. To address this, Seegene engaged SAP SuccessFactors solutions along with SAP S/4HANA, SAP Integration Suite and SAP Business Technology Platform, supported by partner Doosan Digital Innovation (DDI).

Using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP S/4HANA integrated via SAP Integration Suite on SAP Business Technology Platform, the vendor and DDI implemented a global, cloud-based HR system that standardized practices, enabled real-time visibility and HR analytics, and brought internal payroll operations online. SAP SuccessFactors’ implementation freed employees for higher-value tasks, improved HR data visibility, standardized global HR processes, and delivered faster ROI realization and measurable operational efficiencies across Seegene’s worldwide operations.
