SAP SuccessFactors delivered a unified, cloud HR platform—rolling out Employee Central plus Performance & Goals and Onboarding—which reduced administrative workloads and gave leaders deeper insight into talent. The implementation produced improved employee sentiment and engagement, higher team productivity and longer tenures, a clearer talent picture for better role placement, and an on-time, in-budget global rollout; Brooks Brothers is planning to add SAP SuccessFactors Recruiting next.
