To address this, they partnered with the vendor SAP SuccessFactors.

SAP SuccessFactors implemented a comprehensive suite of cloud solutions, including Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, and Performance & Goals. This provided a unified HR platform that automated processes and enabled mobile self-service. The results included a 7% increase in internal promotions within a year, faster hiring of higher-quality candidates, greater HR efficiency, and lower operational costs.
