SAP SuccessFactors implemented a global, integrated cloud HR platform rolled out in a record eight months (excluding learning), delivering integrated talent management, a fully automated recruiting process, and centralized learning. The deployment drove high adoption and measurable impact: 100% satisfaction with the solution, 92% of talent reviews and 85% of performance reviews completed on time, faster reward and compensation actions, improved compliance tracking, and an industry award for Alstom’s HRIS — enabling clearer talent pools and greater organizational agility.
