To tackle these challenges, Bureau Veritas partnered with SAP SuccessFactors and deployed the SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management Suite.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered an all-in-one HXM solution—including Employee Central Time Management and Recruiting—that simplified and digitalized HR processes, created a self-service digital employee experience, and reinvented performance management. The result: 100% of employees (over 78,000 across 140 countries) use SAP SuccessFactors solutions, compensation processing time fell by 50%, Time Management is used in 30 countries and Recruiting in 26, and the company gained real-time reporting and improved succession planning, retention efforts, and employer brand.
