SAP SuccessFactors, supported by SAP Services and Support and the Customer Center of Excellence, implemented a flexible SSO solution using Identity Authentication and Identity Provisioning on SAP BTP and applied best‑practice Value Assurance throughout the rollout. The solution enabled SSO (including multifactor and basic authentication) across a mix of corporate identity providers, avoided major changes to legacy IAM, empowered users to log in to SAP SuccessFactors solutions, and delivered clear outcomes such as a 100% commitment to a cloud‑first strategy and effectively zero project risk through robust implementation practices.
