Ittihad International Investment LLC, a UAE-based group with about 10,000 employees, sought to centralize and standardize HR across 33 entities, digitalize paper-based processes, and deliver a better employee experience. To meet these challenges they partnered with SAP SuccessFactors, implementing solutions including the SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management Suite, Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, SuccessFactors Mobile and integration with SAP S/4HANA.

SAP SuccessFactors delivered a single HR platform and central data source, mobile self‑service, automated routine tasks, and integrated HR and finance to automate salary payments and support planning. The solution enabled remote access during COVID with no disruption and produced measurable gains: 82% faster compensation management, 121% faster talent identification/nomination, approvals reduced to 1 day, and performance reviews twice as fast—demonstrating clear time and cost savings under SAP SuccessFactors.
