Using SAP SuccessFactors (with partner HR Focal Point), Sedgwick moved to a cloud-based, end-to-end HR solution that streamlined requisition posting, candidate tracking and onboarding. The implementation produced a deeper, higher-quality talent pipeline, allowed staff to shift from “lights on” tasks to strategic work, and delivered measurable gains: a 5% reduction in HR manual effort and a 3% reduction in costs for posting and tracking requisitions, plus reduced overtime pressures as vacancies were filled.
