Telecom Argentina, Argentina’s largest telecommunications employer, faced the challenge of unifying processes and systems after a major merger and scaling operations across Argentina, the United States, Uruguay, and Paraguay. Using SAP SuccessFactors as part of an integrated SAP solution set, Telecom Argentina implemented a unified HR and ERP platform, centralized payroll for 22,500 employees, and automated procurement, expense, and supplier management. The deployment accelerated month‑end close from 10 days to 5 (50% reduction), achieved 99% payroll accuracy after the first month, and delivered 87% faster IFRS and inflation adjustments, while streamlining back‑office operations and enabling faster, more personalized customer offers.
