GRENKE AG, a global financial‑services provider with more than 150 locations in 33 countries, needed to hire, develop, and retain talent while replacing multiple localized HR systems with a single global platform to standardize data, improve transparency, and ensure compliance (including GDPR). To meet these challenges, GRENKE selected SAP SuccessFactors and implemented the SAP SuccessFactors Human Experience Management (HXM) Suite.

Working with SAP SuccessFactors (and implementation partner EMPLEOX), GRENKE deployed Employee Central, Learning, Performance & Goals and other HXM modules to create one global HR system for 33 countries and >1,900 employees. The solution delivered 24x7 mobile self‑services, harmonized master data with 100% consistency, democratized on‑demand learning, shifted to continuous performance management, improved employer branding and candidate experience, and supported faster, compliant HR processes across the group.
