SAP SuccessFactors implemented Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll, Performance & Goals and payroll processing add‑ons to deliver a single global HR and payroll system for 5,000 employees across 13 countries in seven languages. The deployment achieved 100% digital payroll enrollment, cut HR report extraction from two–three weeks to 2 minutes, introduced five KPIs per employee (vs. zero previously), sped up payroll approvals, and improved visibility, governance, and employee self‑service adoption.
