Doosan Digital Innovation, the IT business unit supporting Doosan Corporation, sought to improve internal recruitment to boost job satisfaction, retention, and visibility of internal opportunities by automating candidate screening using HR profile and application data. They partnered with SAP SuccessFactors and extended their existing SAP SuccessFactors solutions using SAP Business Technology Platform (including SAP HANA Cloud and SAP Extension Suite) to design a next‑generation internal hiring process.
Using SAP SuccessFactors together with SAP BTP, Doosan implemented an intelligent screening API and SAP Fiori interfaces that produce anonymized candidate shortlists and a single source of truth for HR. The SAP SuccessFactors‑enabled solution streamlined preselection, freed HR from manual screening, improved the candidate experience, and delivered measurable time‑and‑cost efficiencies while elevating Doosan’s internal hiring capability and supporting ongoing algorithmic improvement.
