The implementation created a single standard platform for >40 entities and 5,195 employees, accelerated approval cycles, reduced reporting time from hours or days to minutes, improved recruiting transparency (>10,000 quarterly recruitment-site visits and a 14,000-strong talent pool), and transformed HR into a lean, digital organization.
