Sodales Solutions, a Toronto-based software and consulting firm, faced the challenge of moving from bespoke services to repeatable, packaged applications while scaling sales and marketing quickly. To reach a broader, enterprise customer base and ensure enterprise-grade integration, Sodales built its offerings on the SAP technology stack—including SAP HANA and SAP Cloud Platform—and targeted distribution and HCM integration via SAP SuccessFactors and the SAP App Center.

By leveraging SAP SuccessFactors integration and the App Center for discovery and sales, Sodales developed a prototype and launched its first product within six months, won SAP Pinnacle partner awards in 2018 and 2019, and secured enterprise customers such as Puget Sound Energy and Schindler. The deployed solutions eliminated manual spreadsheet workflows, improved labor-relations governance through direct HCM/SuccessFactors integration, enabled mobile safety reporting, met strict security requirements, and drove broader adoption across customer departments.
