SAP SuccessFactors, together with partner HRMNY, delivered a custom “myHR” self-service portal integrated via SAP Business Technology Platform, creating a 24x7 central hub for HR processes. The solution drove measurable impact — more than 1 million access logins in the first five months, streamlined, paperless workflows, improved employee satisfaction and data visibility — and DZ Bank plans to expand with additional SAP SuccessFactors modules.
