Jiangyin Haida Rubber and Plastic Co., a leading Chinese manufacturer of high-end rubber and plastic seals and antivibration parts for rail, automotive, construction, and shipping, needed to consolidate its R&D and production leadership while transitioning from a single entity into a multi–business‑unit group. The company faced fragmented legacy systems, inconsistent data and processes, and the need for independent business‑unit accounting and better management visibility to support intelligent manufacturing and growth.
Working with Beijing Neusoft Huiju, Haida implemented SAP S/4HANA to standardize processes and data, establish a group‑based management model, and integrate bar‑code–driven warehouse/WMS capabilities. The deployment enabled independent costing by unit, automated warehouse accounting and tracking, and significantly improved management automation, visibility, resource efficiency and adaptability—creating a platform for performance assessment and continued expansion.
