Union Medical Healthcare (UMH) is Hong Kong’s leading medical beauty services provider, with 21 clinics across Hong Kong, Macau and Guangzhou, ~760 employees and ¥705 million (US$102.5M) in revenue. As the company scaled and pursued a public listing, its legacy finance systems could not handle the volume of data, reporting demands from investors and regulators, or the need for faster, more integrated financial operations.

UMH implemented SAP S/4HANA Finance on AWS with partner Xynergy, completing deployment in five months. The new platform created a single source of truth, automated reporting and integration with POS and operating systems, cut manual rechecks from one month to three days, sped monthly settlement, enabled real‑time analytics, reduced costs via cloud deployment, and was rolled out across 60 groups and 50 profit centers to support listing, expansion and ongoing digital transformation.
