The rollout delivered full visibility across the group, digitized POs and invoices via Ariba Network, reduced administrative workload and paper processing by about 70–80% (saving an estimated €4 million over five years), onboarded hundreds of suppliers, and now manages roughly €4.7 billion in spend.
