To address these challenges, alfanar partnered with vendor SAP and its partner Incture to implement a solution built on the SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), utilizing the Cherrywork Proof of Delivery application.

The solution from SAP digitized the entire delivery process, introducing a mobile app for drivers, real-time tracking, and electronic proof of delivery. This eliminated paper, provided live visibility into operations, and optimized routes. The implementation by SAP resulted in an 8% improvement in delivery time, a 30% enhancement in manpower efficiency with a reduction in OPEX costs, and a 40% increase in data accuracy and operational visibility, significantly boosting customer satisfaction.
