SPRB Achieving a Successful ERP Migration to SAP S/4HANA with SAP Value Assurance

Service public régional de Bruxelles (SPRB) is the Brussels regional public service that provides IT and communications to local administrations and public institutions. Facing the need to modernize and integrate its financial management and reporting with an existing IT landscape, SPRB chose to become an early adopter of SAP S/4HANA to build a high-end, integrated financial system.

Working with SAP Digital Business Services and adopting the SAP Value Assurance plan and safeguard package, SPRB migrated its ERP to SAP S/4HANA with a technical quality manager and on-demand support from SAP Mission Control Center, and began rolling out SAP Fiori. The project completed on time and within budget, reducing implementation risk, creating a single source of truth and real-time financial visibility, accelerating and improving financial reporting, and significantly cutting manual recheck processes.
