Wipro implemented the SAP S/4HANA suite with support from SAP’s Global Service & Support and deployed it on SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud, complemented by SAP Lumira, SAP BusinessObjects, and Design Studio to make data the core of decision making. The initiative simplified IT resources and the application landscape, provided in-depth, real-time analytics across functions, reduced total cost of ownership, increased system availability and user confidence, and improved the company’s ability to match internal talent to demand, with plans to further standardize back-office processes and roll out mobile apps.
