Simplifying Financial Processes with SAP S/4HANA Finance

Broad Green Pictures is a Los Angeles–based film studio (founded 2014) that provides end-to-end support for film development, production, and distribution. Rapid growth exposed manual, fragmented financial and procurement processes and the company needed a scalable, low–total-cost-of-ownership finance solution to simplify its IT landscape and support expansion.

Working with Capgemini, Broad Green deployed SAP S/4HANA Finance (accounting module with Capgemini’s Financials EDGE) to create a unified, real-time ERP for title-based profit-and-loss and cash-flow management — implemented in about 12 weeks. The integrated solution removed disparate processes, enabled document splitting by title/media/channel, delivered deeper visibility and financial control, and produced faster, KPI-driven reporting with lower TCO.
