Quadpack Accelerates Real-Time Finance Analytics

Quadpack, a global provider of hybrid multimaterial packaging for the beauty industry, faced fragmented data after several acquisitions left critical information spread across five ERP systems and other sources. Consolidation with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services was manual and slow, making analysis time-consuming (sometimes days or weeks), delaying decisions — especially in distant regions like Australia — and limiting the company’s ability to provide timely analytics to users.

Quadpack moved core ERPs to SAP S/4HANA Cloud and used SAP Datasphere to replicate and unify data in real time, using the data flow builder for persistent transformations and integrations (including Python scripting). Paired with SAP Analytics Cloud for visualization and self-service modeling, the new landscape delivered a single source of truth, cut reporting from weeks to minutes, enabled real-time access across regions, and positioned about 100 users to leverage analytics and faster, more confident operational and financial decisions.
