A SAP HANA Case Study
T&G Global Limited, New Zealand’s largest horticultural producer, needed to simplify a complex, highly customized IT landscape to support ambitious growth—doubling revenue by 2025—while improving food-safety, product-variety management and speed to market. The business was running 11 separate ERP systems, causing inefficiencies, limited visibility into global inventory and difficulty meeting customer demand.
T&G consolidated its systems onto SAP S/4HANA (with Accenture and SAP Activate), standardizing processes with trading and vertical templates and adopting the SAP Fiori user experience to drive adoption. The solution delivered real-time inventory visibility, lower IT costs, faster planning and reduced operational inefficiencies, creating a scalable digital core for future innovations and expanded wholesale capabilities.
