NS Agro implemented SAP Analytics Cloud on SAP Business Technology Platform, connecting SAP HANA Cloud, SAP Data Intelligence, a managed data lake and third‑party sources (Google Analytics, JIRA, Equifax etc.), and deployed SAP Intelligent RPA. The solution delivered a consolidated, real‑time view for leaders and the salesforce, automated key workflows, cut credit‑approval time from 40 to 7 days (an 82.5% reduction), and achieved ~95% accuracy in month‑end forecasting, freeing staff to focus on higher‑value tasks.
