Truebell Marketing and Trading LLC is a Sharjah‑based wholesaler and importer of food, beverage and consumer goods with about 600 employees. As the business diversified and expanded across the Middle East and North Africa, its heavily customized legacy ERP became slow and inflexible (some reports took up to four hours), data was fragmented with no single source of truth, and inventory/shelf‑life management and compliance were difficult to manage.

Truebell moved to SAP S/4HANA Cloud, private edition on SAP HANA Enterprise Cloud with SAP Fiori, using SAP’s managed services. The initial rollout went live in about six months and future sites can be provisioned in just over two months; reporting times fell from hours to roughly 10 minutes, the data footprint dropped about 60%, shelf‑life and food‑safety processes were automated, and centralized, accurate data improved decision‑making and scalability for further expansion.
