Medicover Sp. z o.o., a Warsaw-based provider of diagnostic and healthcare services with 38,555 employees, needed to transform dispersed and complex people-management processes to boost HR productivity and the employee experience. Working with SNOK and using SAP Business Technology Platform and SAP HANA Cloud, Medicover implemented 24x7 employee self-services (personal data, leave, taxes, employment statements) and manager-facing analytics and electronic workflows spanning the employee lifecycle. The solution digitalized personnel administration, processing more than 100,000 fully digital workflows annually and eliminating 95% of manual personnel administrative processes, significantly improving HR efficiency and employee experience.
