Aché Laboratórios is a leading 100% Brazilian life‑sciences company (≈4,500 employees, R$2.3 billion revenue) that produces prescription and OTC medicines, dermocosmetics, nutraceuticals and probiotics. As the company expanded into biotechnology and acquired new units, it needed a faster, more flexible IT architecture to boost systems performance, improve internal customer service and support continued growth.

Aché deployed the SAP HANA platform and migrated core SAP applications across its subsidiaries (a four‑month rollout with SAP and FH Consulting), with further moves to S/4HANA planned. The implementation reduced stored data, database licensing and server infrastructure costs and dramatically accelerated operations — cash‑flow processing fell from 2 hours to 3 minutes, invoice extraction from 30 minutes to under 1 minute, some accounting close steps run in real time, and certain processes are up to 10× faster.
