The solution automated work‑order confirmation and reporting, improved service control and decision making, and delivered measurable gains: an expected 5% routing improvement, 84% reduction in lead time for work‑order data extraction and a 90% increase in work‑order checks—plus lower CO2 emissions and readiness for advanced billing models.
